RIMPAC 16: Snapshots of Force Integration at Sea and Ashore

Coalition forces with Provisional Marine Expeditionary Brigade Hawaii have been refining company-level tactics in and around the Hawaiian Islands for approximately three weeks during Rim of the Pacific 2016. Marines from the U.S., Republic of Korea, and Indonesia have been firing at ranges alongside Soldiers from Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and Tonga in the high desert of Pohakuloa Training Area. Off the coast, Australia's HMAS Canberra and the USS American and San Diego have been facilitating a series of amphibious landings via amphibious assault vehicles, landing craft air cushion hovercraft, helicopters and various other amphibious vehicles.
