Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) 21 assigned to Naval Beach Unit (NBU) 7 departs Naval Facility White Beach en route to the amphibious dock landing ship USS Germantown (LSD 42). Germantown with embarked Marines from 3rd Marine Division, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing and 3rd Marine Logistics Group will participate in exercise Blue Chromite. Blue Chromite is an amphibious training exercise conducted with the 4th Marine Regiment, Marine Air Group 36, Combat Logistics Regiment 4, and other elements of III Marine Expeditionary Force.
