Permissions and Training Information

Initial Permissions


  • DD Form 577:  Billet specific appointment form
  • III MEF DTS Training:  This class is given by one of our LDTAs every Thursday at 0830 in the Disbursing Office on Camp Foster (BLDG 5714).  It is designed to meet the requirements for the Travel Regulations Training, Traveler Training, and AO training. If you are not able to attend this class due to your location (i.e. Iwakuni or Hawaii), you may access our class under training and follow the link at the bottom of the page. You will need to provide your test results of an 80% or higher to the Pacific Region DTS help desk along with your DD 577 and additional certificates.

Annual Permissions

DTS permissions expire after one year. In order to maintain your permissions, the following refresher training must be completed on an annual basis, all found on TRAX.

       

FDTAs will substitute the COL for the FDTA- Budget/Lines of Accounting class
ODTAs will also be required to complete the III MEF DTS Training annually, so Tier II will be able to effectively mitigate issues at the individual unit level.

LOCATION


 

Located on Camp Foster in Bldg. 5714 on the 2nd deck. Please use the far right hatch at the top of the steps, from there you will be escorted to class. (RIGHT ACCROSS THE STREET FROM SWIMMING POOL)
