Cpl. Benjamin B. Bacon provides security after exiting a CH-53E Super Stallion helicopter during the Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company Basic Course, on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Oct. 24. The course included the loading and unloading of helicopters, setting security, coordinating artillery fire, naval gunfire and close air support. Bacon, from Lubbock, Texas, is a fire support man with 1st Brigade, 5th ANGLICO, III Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters Group, III MEF.
