Marines and sailors participate in Elevate's main event, bubble soccer, on Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan, Dec. 11. Elevate is a program created for service members to come together and enjoy an alcohol-free night, as well as to promote healthy behavioral choices. The coordinator of the program, U.S. Navy Lt. Todd A. Trumble, put together bubble soccer so that service members can actively end their night.
