Lance Cpl. Ryan W. Lincoln sits down with Master Sgt. Douglas M. Dickover to discuss his future Marine Corps path on Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan, October 25, 2016. The monitors are stationed in Quantico, Virginia, and by flying to Okinawa, they are able to sit down face-to-face with the Marines to enhance the permanent change in station process. “Being able to sit down face to face, I was able to discuss and actually get the duty station I wanted, which was Miramar, California,” said Lincoln a technical controller for 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
