Cpl. Ricki D. Clement presents his Navy and Marine Corps Achievement medal he received for exceptional innovation at Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan, Oct. 20, 2016. Clement repaired a radio tester unit using a Vehicular Amplifier Unit, saving the Marine Corps nearly $64,000 in logistics and maintenance. Clement, from Houston, Texas, is a micro/miniature repair man with Electronics Maintenance Company, 3rd Maintenance Battalion, Combat Logistics Regiment 35, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
