Cpl. Ricki D. Clement works diligently on a new repair with a puzzled look Oct. 20, 2016 at Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan. Most of Clement’s workspace is brand new with new equipment he has been compensating for with only a handful of tools. Clement’s innovational talent has saved the Marine Corps thousands of dollars in logistics and maintenance. Clement, from Houston, Texas, is a micro/miniature repair man with Electronics Maintenance Company, 3rd Maintenance Battalion, Combat Logistics Regiment 35, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
