Staff Sgt. Leo Briggs, the staff non-commissioned officer in charge of Camp Hansen Camp Guard, executes a restraining maneuver on Lance Cpl. Alexander Madden, an infantryman with Headquarters and Service Company, 3d Intelligence Battalion, III MEF, during non-lethal weapons training August 16, 2017.
