Col. Bryan M. Howlett passes the unit guidon to Col. Larry Jenkins during the III Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group change of command ceremony, June 1, 2018, at the Camp Hansen theater, Okinawa, Japan. Jenkins assumed duties as the III MIG commanding officer after serving as the 1st Marine Aircraft Wing intelligence officer. During Howlett’s tenure at III MIG, he provided guidance to Marines and Sailors through all ranks and commanded troops and logistical movements vital to accomplishing the III MIG mission.
