Nay Aung, an assault amphibious crewman, with Company B, 3d Assault Amphibian Battalion, currently assigned to 4th Marines, 3d Marine Division and Marines with 3d Battalion, 5th Marines currently assigned to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit conducts waterborne operations with assault amphibious vehicles at Camp Schwab, Okinawa, Japan, June 2, 2021. The demanding training package strengthened the capacity to conduct amphibious operations in the Pacific with the reintegration of rugged, tactical ship-to-shore connectors, effectively returning an important capability to III Marine Expeditionary Force.
