U.S. Marine Corp Lance Cpl. Cian Doyle, a combat engineer with 9th Engineer Support Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, engages targets during a live-fire table 3-6 range at Mohican Range, Rodriguez Live Fire Complex, South Korea, Mar. 1, 2024. 9th ESB conducted the live-fire training to sustain tactical proficiency and combat marksmanship skills in a wide range of scenarios. Warrior Shield 24 is an annual joint, combined, exercise in South Korea that strengthens the combined defensive capabilities of ROK-U.S. Forces. This routine, regularly scheduled, field training exercise provides the ROK-U.S. Marines the opportunity to rehearse combined operations, exchange knowledge, and demonstrate the strength and capability of the ROK-U.S. Alliance.
