U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Clarence Collins, a corpsman with Expeditionary Operations Training Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force discusses his life saving experience conducting cardiopulmonary resuscitation on an Okinawan national, and the importance of military and medical readiness in III MEF on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Dec. 23, 2019. Collins, a native of Las Vegas, NV., further elaborates on being ready to assist those in times of need.
