U.S. Navy Builder 2nd Class Buz Spiers speaks about strengthening relationships between partner nations of the U.S., Singapore and Thailand as they participate in a sports day at Somboonnaram School in Rayong province, Kingdom of Thailand, Feb. 16, 2018 during Exercise Cobra Gold 18. Humanitarian Civic Assistance projects conducted during the exercise support the needs and humanitarian interests of the Thai people. CG18 is one of the largest exercises in the Indo-Pacific region and improves the capabilities of participating nations in the event of a regional contingency or natural disaster.
