U.S. Marines participate in a tactical combat casualty care course at the Medical Simulation Training Center, Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, August 1, 2019. Combat Logistics Battalion 31, Combat Logistics Regiment 37, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, is attached to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit and participates in exercises around the world.
