On March 8, 2019, a Sailor began having a seizure on a shooting range, and Berlin took immediate action to prevent further injury to her body until the hospital corpsman arrived. The U.S. Navy and Sri Lanka Navy came together for Sri Lanka Health Engagement 17 at Naval Base Welisara, from Sept. 11 to Sept. 22, 2017.
