Exercise Balikatan 2018 took place at Colonel Ernesto Ravina Air Base, Philippines, May 7-18, 2018. Lt. Col. William H. Nash, commanding officer of Combat Logistics Battalion 4 (CLB-4), speaks about U.S. Marines and U.S. Sailors' roles and experiences in the Philippines.
