The Thailand Mine Action Center is the national authority for demining operations and a joint command of the Royal Thai Armed Forces to instruct military students on the tactics, techniques and procedures for locating and disposing of explosive remnants of war and unexploded ordnance to alleviate human suffering, release hazardous land areas and save lives (U.S. Marine Corps video by Lance Cpl.
