Sgt. Lensley Accime, a native of Naples, FL, and a machine gunner attached to 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force, races Sgt. Christopher Pelkey, a native of Concord, N.C., and also a machine gunner attached to 3rd MLG, III MEF, to assemble the M2 Browning .50 Caliber Rifle on Dec. 9, 2016 at Ie Shima Island in Okinawa, Japan. The race was part of the Marine Corps Combat Readiness Evaluation held to test the 3rd Marine Logistics Group's ability to deploy rapidly and efficiently. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Lance Cpl.
