Marines and sailors with 3rd Marine Expeditionary Brigade participated in KAMANDAG 2 in the Philippines. They trained with the Armed Forces of the Philippines and Japan Ground Self-Defense Force, and conducted amphibious and aviation operations, counter-terrorism training, and humanitarian aid.
