Wilbourn as the Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 265 (VMM-265) Sergeant Major on Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Okinawa, Japan, Jan. 8, 2019. Remarks on Sgt. Maj. Paz's commitment and service to the unit were given by Lt. Col. Mark E. Woodard, the commanding officer of VMM-265, as well as, Sgt. Maj. Paz himself and the appointed Sergeant Major.
