U.S. Marines with Combat Assault Company, 3rd Marine Regiment, conduct a long-range swim of approximately ten miles from Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay to Marine Corps Training Area Bellows, April 5, 2019. CAC conducted this training as a way to test their long-range abilities in the water. The company had not conducted a swim of this distance in nearly ten years. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Lance Cpl.
