Marines with Q Battery, 3rd Battalion, 12th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, conduct High Mobility Artillery Rocket System Rapid Infiltration training and showcase a live fire of the M142 HIMARS in Queensland Australia, during Exercise Talisman Sabre 19, July 6, 2019. HIMARS from the 3rd Marine Division provide the combined-join force with the unique capability of a mobile, transportable surface to surface missile system that can accurately deliver precision guided munitions to a variety of targets. Talisman Sabre 19 is a bilateral exercise that provides U.S. and Australian forces realistic and relevant training to strengthen regional security, peace and stability.
