U.S. Marine Corps Capt. Marilyn Pendlyshok and Pfc. Ezekiel Hidalgo speak about the Proof of Principle or Kaikaku on Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan, April 7, 2020. The Proof of Principle is a process Combat Logistics Battalion 4 uses to improve material readiness.
