U.S. Marine Corps Col. Richard M. Martin, the outgoing commanding officer of III Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group, and Col. Joshua J. Mayoral the oncoming commanding officer of III MIG, conduct a change of command ceremony on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, June 7, 2024.
