U.S. Marine Corps 1st Lieutenant Andrew Waddell, left, the Officer in Charge of First Platoon, Bravo Company, and Corporal Benjamin Snethen, an electronic warfare analyst, both with 3rd Radio Battalion, III Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group, conduct signals intelligence training operations as part of an Operational Control Element at Bellows Air Force Station, Hawaii on April 8, 2024. The OCE served to test the capabilities of small teams deployed on an island chain to collect enemy signals and movements during exercise Corvus Dawn 24 battalion operations. CD24 sharpened 3rd Radio Battalion's ability to provide technical information related capabilities to III Marine Expeditionary Force and the joint and multi-national force throughout the Indo-Pacific region. 1st Lt Waddell is a native of Indiana.
