Formerly known as the Family Readiness Officer (FRO), the Deployment Readiness Coordinator (DRC) is the face of the Commander's vision for the Unit, Personal and Family Readiness Program (UPFRP). The DRC is the direct link to Marines and their family members. Our goal is to equip and assist Marines and their families in becoming well-informed, self-sufficient, and improve their quality of life so as to ensure that family readiness on the homefront ensures the Marine's mission readiness.
The III MSB Deployment Readiness Coordinator is Micah Parker and she is also responsible for the MIG HQ, MEF CE, and MEF CG.
